Boiler Steel Pipe
A boiler steel pipe have openings in both ends with hollow cross section. The length and peripheral length are bigger. According to the manufacturing method, boiler steel pipes can be divided into seamless steel pipe and welded steel pipe.
The specification of steel pipe refers to the outside dimension like outside diameter or side length, and the wall thickness. Steel pipes have a wide specification range, from small diameter capillary to large-caliber steel pipe with the diameter of several meters. Steel pipes can be used for pipeline, thermal equipment, mechanical industry, petroleum geologic exploration, vessel, chemical industry and other special uses.
Application of Boiler Steel Pipe1. General boiler steel pipe is used for manufacturing water-cooling wall tube, boiling-water tube, superheating steam tube used in boiler, or superheating steam tube, big and small smoke tube and generating tube used in locomotive boiler.
2. High pressure boiler steel pipe is mainly used for manufacturing superheater tube, reheater tube, gas-guide tube, and main steam pipe used in high pressure boiler or superhigh pressure boiler.
