Seamless Steel Pipe

Seamless steel pipe is a kind of strip steel pipe with hollow cross-section and without surrounding seam. It is widely used for conveying fluid, such as petroleum, natural gas, coal gas, water and some solid materials.
In comparison to round steel or other solid steel, with the same bending strength and torsional strength, steel pipe is much lighter. It is a kind of economic cross section steel and is widely used for manufacturing structural parts and mechanical parts, such as petroleum drill pipes, automobile drive shaft, bicycle stand and the steel scaffolding used in construction.
According to the shape of the cross section, steel pipes can be grouped into circular pipes and special-shaped pipes. With the same perimeter, the circle's area is the largest, so circular pipes can transport more fluid. In addition, the force on circular cross section is more uniform when the cross section bearing internal and external radial pressure. That is why most steel pipes are circular pipes.

It is used for general structure and mechanical structure.

It is a kind of hot rolled, cold drawn, or cold rolled seamless steel pipe made form high quality carbon steel. It is used for manufacturing superheating steam tube and boiling-water tub of low- and medium-pressure boilers, and superheating steam tube, big and small smoke tubes of locomotive boiler, as well as generating tube.
4. High-pressure boiler pipe (GB5310-1995)
It is a kind of high quality carbon steel, alloy steel or stainless steel seamless steel pipe used in the heating surface of water tube boiler.
5. High-pressure seamless steel pipe for fertilizer equipment (GB6479-2000)
It is a kind of high quality carbon steel or alloy steel pipe suitable for the chemical equipment or pipeline with the work temperature of -40--400℃ and the work pressure of 10-30Ma.
6. Seamless steel pipe used for petroleum cracking (GB9948-88)
It is suitable for the furnace tube of petroleum refinery, heat exchanger pipe and pipeline.

It is used for core boring by geological department. According to the use, this kind of steel pipes can be divided into drill pipe, drill collar, core barrel and precipitation tube.

This kind of steel pipe includes drill pipe, core rod, and casing pipe.
9. Petroleum drilling pipe (YB528-65)
It is a kind of seamless steel pipe with internal and external upset on both sides used for petroleum drilling. It can be divided into threaded pipe and non-treaded pipe. Threaded pipes are connected by joints. Non-treaded pipes are connected with tool joint by butt welding.
10. Carbon steel seamless pipe for ship (GB5213-85)
This kind of steel pipe is used for boiler, superheater, and I grade and II grade pressure piping system of ship. The working pressure of carbon seamless steel pipe doesn't exceed 450℃. The working temperature of alloy seamless steel pipe exceeds 450℃.
