Our main production equipment includes a ф180 automatic pipe rolling line, 3 sets of hot rolling-piercing mills, 16 interactive double-rod cold-drawing machines and a number of automatic rotary pointer, straightening machines, water-free annealing furnaces and auxiliary production equipment for surface acid pickling and coating, etc. Equipped with eddy current flaw detectors and ultrasonic crack detectors, etc., our physical and chemical labs can conduct various physical and chemical tests and experiments for steel pipes, and for high, medium and low pressure seamless steel pipes, with a full range of inspection measures, capable to meet various standard test and inspection requirements for steel pipes.

In addition, our company also has elbow, tee and reducer production lines and advanced processes for cold forming, hot extrusion, machine processing, forging, stamping and heat treatment, etc. This enables us to produce various low, medium and high-pressure industrial pipe fittings that are made of carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel, such as elbows, flanges, tees, pipe caps, large-size elbows, reducers and socket joints etc. With a full range of inspection equipment and test methods, we have strong technical force.
